Local Pick Up
Prefer to shop online rather than in store? We offer a local pick-up option at checkout. We'll contact you as soon as your order is ready. Most things are ready in less than an hour.
During checkout, you can select your choice of delivery services and rates vary depending on your selection. In-stock orders will be shipped within 2-3 days from the time of payment.
Custom made items are marked as such and are created just for you at the time of order. These items can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
From time to time, you may received your shipment direct from our vendors. Shipping times direct from vendors vary, but will be done as expedited as possible.
In-store returns are accepted within 7 days with proof of purchase. We can't accept returns on custom made items, plants, or personal care goods such as room sprays, bath salts, essential oils, lip balms, etc.
Online returns are accepted only for damaged goods. You will need to submit a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receipt to claim your refund. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund or replacement.
